Mr. Ankur Gupta is the Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing Limited, he has completed MS in Real Estate from New York University (USA). During his MS as well as at Ashiana he has been focused on residential projects for senior citizens. Ashiana has a portfolio of more than 2000 units delivered and another 1500 under construction in retirement housing and are in four different locations. Ashiana has been rated the No. 1 Senior Living in India 4 times in row. His success has been in selling and management of Senior Housing concept with more than 1000 residents staying and enjoying the retirement lifestyle. He has also implemented the thought of ageing in place in Bhiwadi, Jaipur and Lavasa with care services. He is also a founder member of Association of Senior Living India.
