About this Speaker
With the aging population and increasing toll on the mental health of the caregivers, Cheryl is passionate to help improve the mental health of the caregivers as she has seen multiple caregivers experiencing burnouts while caring for their elderly parents/grandparents. Having personally suffered from panic disorder and witnessing how her family members had experienced burnouts, she hopes that she can come up with preventative measures for the caregivers before they reached the burnout stage.
