Having experience in different industries such as F&B, Sports, and Education, Fardiana fervently connects her work with social issues as she engages with the community. She was part of the SUSS Venture Builder program - an immersive training programme designed for the transformation of mindsets and acceleration of ideas into profitable solutions. Her current endeavours include working with marginalised communities to empower them to thrive, and aims to inspire others to pursue social innovation to contribute to society by helping those in vulnerable positions in life.
