About this Speaker

An aspiring social entrepreneur who has spent the last decade being involved in community work throughout his youth, Hugo is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in Communications at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles. He has been heavily involved in community work throughout his time as a student where he volunteered actively as a Library Tutor in California to help illiterate adults pick up reading and writing abilities. He was also the representative of Singapore, in the Mr. World Beauty Pageant where he flew to Manila, Philippines to participate in charity events meant to help the under-represented and neglected minorities in the region.
