Jeff Galloway is an American Olympian and the author of Galloway's Book on Running. A lifetime runner, Galloway was an All-American collegiate athlete and a member of the 1972 US Olympic Team in the 10,000 meters. He remains a competitive athlete, continuing through a successful masters running career. Before Jeff Galloway became a world class coach, and Official Training Consultant for runDisney, he was a world class distance runner, competing in the Munich Olympics, and other international events. His mission as a coach is to help average people improve mental and physical vitality past age 100. Millions of runners and walkers have used the Galloway Method in training groups, weekend retreats, online coaching and from 32 books to enjoy the amazing benefits of exercise without aches, pains and exhaustion. Galloway’s concept, based upon research is “move your feet and expand your brain”.
