Born in Kyoto in 1973, graduated from Tsukuba University in 1998. After doctoral course at the Graduate University of Tokyo in 2006, established a home medical care specialty clinic in Tokyo. Currently, YUSHOUKAI medical corp. is the largest home medical care provider in metropolitan areta with 11 clinics and 76 doctors and always provides 24-hour home medical care to 4,000 patients in the final stages of life, carries out 150,000 visits annually, and supports 800 death every year at home. He is also working to share experiences in Japan with medical and care providers in Asia and accepts local visits from China and ASEAN countries.
