Luke is a purpose-led and compassionate leader who thrives on the complexity and diversity of operating in the fast-changing corporate and economic environment in health and ageing. Throughout a broad and practical career in aged care Luke has worked across the complete service continuum from community based Home Care to Retirement and Assisted Living Care through Residential Aged Care and to Sub-Acute Geriatric hospital care. To develop the technical depth required of a Chief Operator Luke has fulfilled roles from Assistant Nurse to Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Luke believes that technology is a game changer, necessitating faster organisational change cycles and real-time, data-driven decisions. His twenty plus years of operational experience within health and ageing demonstrates his leadership of people and organisations through the transformation from reactive, care focused business models, to automated, digitally-enabled models designed to deliver proactive, wellness focussed customer outcomes.
