Mr Patrick Tsang

About this Speaker

Mr Tsang obtained the professional qualifications as the Associated Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 1984. He was elected as the Fellow Member of both institutions in 1992. Mr Tsang has more than 36 years post qualification experiences in both public and private sectors covering property valuation, property development, property acquisition, sale and leasing, urban renewal and land administration. He has been working in the Hong Kong Housing Society since 1994 and his current post in HKHS is General Manager (Planning & Development) of the Development and Marketing Division, responsible for Retirement Housing Development Strategy, Senior Citizen Residences Scheme Quality Retirement Housing Scheme, Public Rental Housing Scheme, Subsidized Public Housing Sale Scheme, new housing initiatives and land administration. He is also the Member of the Advisory Board of the Ageing Asia International Forum, Singapore

曾德明先生，1984年獲取英國皇家特許測量師學會及香港測量師學會專業資格，1992年成為此兩學會資深會員。曾先生擁有逾三十六年公、私營機構專業物業估值、項目發展、物業收購、物業租賃及買賣、市區重建及地政管理之經驗。曾先生於1994年加入香港房屋協會，現職為香港房屋協會物業發展及市場事務部物業策劃及發展總經理，負責長者住屋發展策畧、長者安居樂計劃、優質長者住屋計畫、公營出租房屋發展專案、公營資助房屋出售項目、創新房屋專案及地政管理等工作。曾先生現時是新加坡亞洲樂齡國際論壇顧問委員會的委員。
